Manuscript Requirements
Submissions must be original and unpublished, with no concurrent consideration for publication elsewhere.All accepted conference papers will be included in the conference proceedings with an independent ISBN.
Organizing Committee's Expectations for Submitted Abstracts
The 21st T&S Conference attaches great importance to the quality of abstract submissions, which is the core basis for our review and registration confirmation. To ensure the smooth progress of your submission and review, we clarify the full requirements and expectations as follows:
1. Originality & Compliance：All submitted abstracts must be original academic work that has not been published, accepted or submitted for publication elsewhere. Concurrent submission to other conferences or journals is not allowed, and all content must comply with academic ethics and relevant norms.
2. Thematic Fit & Academic Value：The abstract must be closely related to the thematic scope of the 21st T&S Conference, with clear research questions, prominent innovation points, and definite academic value or practical application prospects.
3. Content Integrity：The abstract should be a complete and concise overview of your research, including but not limited to: research background and significance, core research methods and technical routes, key research results and data, main conclusions and academic contributions.
4. Format & Length Specification：Please download and use the official TS2026 ABSTRACT TEMPLATE provided on this page for typesetting. Abstracts that do not meet the formatting requirements will not enter the review process.
Key Submission Timelines
Abstract Submission: A 1-page abstract should be submitted via email to particles_conf2026@zstu.edu.cn on or before 31 May 2026⚠️30 June 2026 ( New Submission Deadline ! ).
Acceptance Notification: Authors will be notified of the review results on or before 30 June 2026 15 July 2026.
Final Manuscript Deadline: Manuscripts received on or before 30 July 2026 will be included in the selected journals following the final review by two peer reviewers.
Final Manuscript Instructions
Detailed camera-ready guidelines (including length, writing and formatting requirements) will be issued together with the abstract acceptance notification. All manuscripts and presentations must be written and delivered in English.
All authors must submit their papers strictly in accordance with the official template provided by the conference. Papers that do not meet the required formatting standards will be returned to the authors for revision.
